At H LuxeHair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple return process.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, worn, or opened.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Request a Return

Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hluxehair.com with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
